About Alice
Hi, I’m Alice T. Chan, Your Successful Staging Biz Mentor. I am the founder of SuccessfulStagingBiz.com and creator of the My Successful Home Staging Business™ System. As a Professional Home Stager, I realized first-hand the importance of building a strong foundation for my business to allow me to pursue my passions for real estate and design. Home Staging has allowed me the opportunity to marry the two. I now help staging-preneurs JUST LIKE YOU, transform their business from being an expensive hobby into a profitable expression of their talent.
Why should you listen to me? Two reasons. First, I was right where you were once. I started my business because I had a vision and a passion, but I had no consistency in my business. I had paid for a great training program prior to hearing about you, which taught me a great deal about how to set up a home staging business. However, it did not offer enough in the way of forms and operational procedures. Alice launched her Home Staging business, Design Partners, in 2003 when the concept of home staging was just starting to emerge.
